Sam Hwang is the Managing Member and Chief Compliance Officer of AIS Asset Management. Sam is also a Financial Advisor who works directly with clients. With more than a decade of experience in the financial industry, Sam is the foremost authority in investment management and analysis at AIS.
Background
Sam is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in regulatory compliance. He previously worked as Sr. Compliance Analyst for City National Bank, conducting company-wide audits of the bank’s broker-dealer and investment adviser divisions. Within a short time, he was promoted to Vice President and Team Lead. His passion, however, is in working with clients. In 2021, Sam left the bank to start AIS Asset Management, an advisory firm designed to provide investment management and a higher standard of care to clients of all backgrounds and needs.
